Friends of Grenoside Green
We are a friendly bunch, who meet regularly during the year for work days, grass mowing and planning meetings.
We also undertake educational projects with Grenoside Primary School, support activities during the annual Grenoside Gala and we're proud to have the Grenoside village Christmas tree on the Green each year.
We always welcome new volunteers, so please get in touch if you would like to help. We'd love you to join us.

The focus for 2020 is re-wilding, where we leave the grassy areas to support wild flower growth and encourage bees. This will require a revised mowing strategy for the Green which is currently under review.
